Real Estate, University Studies, 1999 Chaffey College, Rancho Cucamonga SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE: Los Angeles Unified School District Responsible for division-wide program operations, program finance & accounting, program controls, scheduling, estimating, legislation, grants & funding, augmentation contracts management, information technology, and policies, procedures & trainings as part of the $19.5 billion multi-year new school construction and modernization program. San Ramon Valley Unified School District Lead a large team of professionals transforming existing educational facilities into 21st Century learning environments. Planned, designed and constructed new schools in the Dougherty Valley with a value of $700 million including 7 developer built or funded projects and joint use projects. Developed renewable energy, sustainability programs including 4 megawatts of District owned solar shade structures at 5 sites with a savings of $15 million to the General Fund. Santa Ana Unified School District Developed and executed a $477 million school building program including identification of priorities; program budget modifications including revenue projections and project budgets for site acquisition, planning, design, construction, and contingencies; cash flow projections; correcting/monitoring master schedule; management controls using Expedition and P3; managing multi-disciplinary teams of consultants; termination of non-performing consultants; realignment of management and classified staff; reconstitution of Bond Oversight Committee; and identification of alternative funding sources. Riverside Unified School District Administered a $200 million comprehensive building program including budgets, project planning, site acquisition, and State funding. Directed significant new construction and modernization projects including management of design professionals, contracts, legal counsel, and various technical consultants. Negotiated with developers for school impact fees, mitigation agreements, reservation of future sites, and formation/management of Community Facilities Districts. |
