Candidate for
Member, City Council; City of Marina

As a father, husband and longtime resident of Marina, I am a strong advocate for safe communities, affordable housing, and local business.

My top priorities for Marina's future include affordable housing and promotion of new home ownership opportunities, attraction and retention of Marina based businesses, funding for core city services, including public safety, senior services, youth programs, and public maintenance projects. I also support funding for long overdue capital improvement projects, including neighborhood revitalization and the removal of dilapidated buildings from our community.

I have a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and I am an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Army. I am a Peace Officer for the State of California and have also had the opportunity to serve as a volunteer firefighter.

I am a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, a member of the American Legion, and the Past President of the Crime Prevention Officers Association of Monterey County.

Together we can Move Marina Forward.
