I have decided to publish a paper as a way for you to get to know a bit about me, who I am, and what I stand for. Please go to my website to view the first one: http://www.emersonformarinamayor.com/publications.

The one thing you will notice is that this paper is full of content, not sound bites. We have included a selection from my "Marina Matters" blogs (see http://marinamatters.blogspot.com/ for all) and Marina Gazette articles that will tell you where I stand on the important topics that affect us as Marina residents - articles about the City's budgets, our processes, FORA, the Ft. Ord National Monument, even a bit about campaign promises and the recent posting below on Economic Development. These entries are intended to showcase the issues and further an adult discussion in the hopes that we can come to the proper course of action that will ultimately benefit the entire Marina community.

The bottom line is that I am running for Mayor to accomplish something, to get the things done that benefit our entire Marina community, and to create an economically diverse and vital community that we can all be proud of.
