I am currently retired and doing volunteer work for various organizations. I renovated and remodeled two homes, both now designated historic.

Personal: Both my wife Carole and I are long-time Monterey residents. I have two children and three grandchildren.

Undergraduate Degree: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) Stevens Institute of Technology.

Professional Experience:

  • Convair Division of General Dynamics, aircraft design, with special assignment to F-111 Flight Test Instrumentation and DC-10 off-site design.

  • Raychem Corporation, Tech Services Manager for Devices Division, worked as the Division `Good Hands Man', testing and demonstrating division machinery and products all over the US and overseas. Supervised 7 technicians, 2 labs.

  • Coastside Cable TV, VP in charge of personnel and new system design. Designed, built and operated the first wide area network using the cable TV backbone for the US Army at Fort Ord. Designed and built 9 cable TV systems all over California. At peak, supervised 70 employees.
