Member, City Council; City of Seaside

I'm running for Seaside City Council after years of community participation because I believe the future of our city is at a crossroads, and we need an independent voice on the Council.

I'm not a politician. I'm a small business owner who has owned his own landscaping company for 18 years and I work hard to make payroll. I understand the nexus between water and business, between the economy and the environment.

My wife Sue and I have been Seaside homeowners for 12 years and care deeply about our community and our neighbors.

City Council members play an important role in many regional issues as well as city concerns, through seats on commissions, and in working to promote an environment that will attract and retain businesses that will offer good paying permanent jobs to local residents.

I'm not happy with backroom deals and more business as usual. I support transparent government, and the maximum public participation.

I am seeking your vote on November 6, and your support in my campaign to provide a voice for an economically, socially, and environmentally healthy community.
