Over development
Santa Monica is nearly built-out, and developers are demolishing perfectly god buildings all over the city to build up, especially in the downtown district. The city is running out of space and attempting to increase density by building up!
Virtual Town Hall
I have run for City Council eleven times, advocating an Electronic Town Hall on the City Website with free WiFi, so citizens can have a voice in policy decisions that affect our quality of life.
Accountability and transparency in Government
My experience in running for City Council has made me extremely cognizant that we need to elect candidates who have no obligations to ANY special interests, and who are completely open and honest with the voters.
