Education and Qualifications:

I am a leader with more than 31 years of experience managing multi- million dollar projects with a proven record of achievement in all aspects of management, revenue generation and fiscal accountability.

I have worked for the Port of Oakland, City and County of San Francisco, U C Berkeley and City of Oakland. I understand local government and the complexities of governance.

I have successfully managed departments with more than 120 employees generating $60 plus million in annual revenues and annual expenditure budget of more than $10 million.

My family and I have lived in Antioch since 2004. I served as Board Member for the Lone Tree Estates Home Owners Association more than 4 years and as President of the Board for 2 years. I was a Member of United Citizens for Better Neighborhoods since its inception.

As your Council Member, I will represent you without bias and serve you with dedication, transparency, commitment, inclusion and accountability. It is my highest priority to step up to the plate and find creative solutions to get Antioch back on track.

I am very concerned about our safety, decline in home values, City's fragile fiscal status and the overall wellness of our City.

I will introduce a prioritized 5-year City-wide Business Plan and initiate creation of a Budget and Finance Oversight Committee with at least two members from our local business community.
