Education and Qualifications:

My name is Bobbi Greene. I am running for Board Trustee for the Byron Union School District. I am dedicated to ensuring the quality of education, learning and opportunity for the students in our community. My husband and I have lived in our District since 2001, and our two daughters have been students of our Byron Schools from kindergarten through eighth grade.

I have worked collaboratively with Byron Union School District administrators, teachers, parents, and students through the PTA and as a volunteer in the classrooms, for afterschool activities, special events and fundraising. I have been actively involved in our community as a Girl Scout Leader for 3 years, CYO Cheer Coach for 3 years, Vacation Bible School Volunteer for 7 years, and a current member of Volunteer Parents of Arts Club.

While recent years have been tough for public education in the State of California, our schools have continued to thrive. My goal is to be of service and support as a Board Trustee to our Byron Union School District as it continues to ensure that student achievement remains its highest priority.
