My name is Frank Dell. I am a long time resident of Knightsen and owned Dell's Nursery for 26 years before I retired.

I served on KTAC and the East County Regional Planning Commission for several years and have served as a Trustee for Knightsen for almost eight years. I am committed to this community and its students. I want every student to have the best possible opportunity to succeed and I want the teachers to have as much support as possible. Teachers have done a great job keeping test scores amongst the highest in East Contra Costa County.

I want to ensure that the district going forward reflects that strong commitment to academics. This makes Knightsen a more attractive community.

The district has suffered severe budget reductions, and in spite of those budget reductions, the school district still has maintained strong academic performance. The Board has worked very hard to be innovative and creative to ensure that as much funds as possible are available to support academic progress. I want to continue that work on behalf of the parents, teachers, and most importantly the students.
