I am the best Candidate for Antioch City Council.

As Mayor, Mayor Pro Term, Council Member, Neighborhood Watch organizer, and Antioch Police Commissioner, my record of support to Improve Safety includes: leading the efforts to modernize and upgrade equipment and our dispatching center, spearheading the efforts to reinstate the canine unit and helping institute the VIPS program. My wife Susan was among the first recruits for the Volunteers in Police Services. Public Safety is my top priority.

Five generations of my family have lived, worked, worshiped and attended schools here, from my grandparents to my grandchildren. I have deep roots and a vested interest in Antioch.

I have seen poor decisions made by prior Councils; it is imperative we do not repeat those mistakes and miss business and commercial development and critical tax revenues.

I've built bridges in the Community with all ethnicities through dignity and respect; worked with Boy Scouts, Veterans groups, Schools, Elderly, all businesses, and with Federal Highway and Transportation Representatives in Congress.

With a Banking and Finance background I've met the challenge to keep Antioch solvent and out of Bankruptcy, making necessary cuts to maintain crucial services.

I've served in both good and bad economic times in Antioch. It takes an experienced leader to serve in these challenging times and to lead the city back into economic recovery. I am that Leader!
