Statement for Candidacy for the Antioch School Board I am currently running for one of the three, at large open positions for the Antioch School Board. My decision to seek this very important office lies in my dedication to the children of our city. Their welfare and their success depend, to the highest degree on the education they receive.

Because I have experienced 39 dedicated years as a classroom teacher and administrator at all levels of public education, I understand and appreciate the complexities and challenges we face in today's world of financial uncertainties. It is my goal to ensure a strong foundation for our students, parents and community.
