Dear Esteemed Neighbors:

Pleasant Hill's greatest assets are its residents and the businesses that support our collective desire to maintain our small town feel and a warm sense of community. To keep Pleasant Hill fabulous, we need to 1) balance our budget 2) restore our reserves 3) encourage more openness and transparency in our city government 4) get more public involvement.

It is important to have a woman's point of view on the city council and I am the only woman running. I stood strong against measure T which was to increase our utility taxes at a time I knew our residents and business owners could not afford to pay more taxes. I was a voting member of the PH Chamber Government Affairs Committee where I helped ease our sign ordinance to permit our business owners to advertise their businesses and generate more revenue. I also co-founded PH's annual Veterans Day Outreach.

I would be honored to receive your vote and support so together we can bring creative solutions with balance and neutrality to our city government process.
