Keeping our great teacher/Safe schools / Financially solventAUSD needs the best staff and education for our students. We need to retain our excellent teachers, classified and administration by making sure they are all paid well for the job that they are doing for our district. AUSD needs the safest schools for our staff and students. Closely monitor the safety concerns of stff, parents and teachers. Consistent discipline for everyone. AUSD needs to be financially solvent Watch the budget closely to get an accurate picture of what is going on with the district. Bargin with all parties and listen to all concerns with an open mind. |
