I was born in Billings Montana. We moved to California in 1956. I graduated from Fullerton Junior College in 1968 and Cal- State Fullerton [BA-Business-1970] and again in 1973 [MBA-1973] I Have a long history of public service including board and leadership positions within: the YMCA, the United Way, March of Dimes, Northern California Leukemia Society, Colton, Fontana, and Rialto Chambers of Commerce. Actively supported Willows Chamber of Commerce activities as a member. Served on Economic Development boards in Chico and Rialto. Served as Director on the Glenn County Fair board, Joined Rotary in 1973 in Colton California. re-joined in Willows in 1994. Two-time President of Rotary. District 5160 Rotary membership committee member, Butte Glenn County United Way director, Professor for a Day - several times at California State university-Fullerton. Part-time teacher Butte College Automotive Technical department. Butte College Presidents award 2007. Butte College Foundation director and President. Asked by Trustee Dr. Bill Brown to be his replacement [Personal selection and endorsement] When Dr. Brown passed away I was appointed to the Board of Trustees in 2011. have attended many community college seminars and conventions and studied the industry. Learning curve since appointed has been steep and wonderful. Married with five children, three original. Love motor sports and Butte College. Your vote for me will not be wasted or misdirected. We have served over 500,000 students in just over 40 years providing a positive impact that is simply priceless!
