Developing and running a wide variety of programs for children over the past 28 years here in Oroville has been the greatest joy for me! What fun and exciting adventures we have had with all t e children in my summer camps: especially going to our very own discovery park, taking fieldtrips, going on scavenger hunts. Recreation is such a vital part of healthy lives, for young and old alike!

To serve on the FRRPD Board would not only be an honor, but also the culmination of a life dedicated to recreation, child development, and innovative teaching approaches through physical education.

I will bring a unique set of qualifications and experiences to the Board: 42 years as a preschool teacher and director, 35 years coaching gymnastics and physical fitness programs, 30 years as a sensory/motor specialist, 28 years as owner/director of a recreation and sports center for children, and 28 years as an owner/director of a licensed child care center (to name just a few!).

I look forward to serving you on the Feather River Board and to working in a spirit of cooperation with fellow board members. Our children and our entire community deserve the best.
