Human Experimentation: Satelite Energy Weapons on Non-Consensual Human Subjects in America

By Massie Munroe

Candidate for United States Representative; District 28

This information is provided by the candidate
The advancement of Nano and energy technology is state of the art technology. Currently, this technology is being improperly used to torture and destroy Americans and humanity. The application of this technology should be used to construct and advance America and the world. Humanity is at the verge of a new revolutionary transformation. This is one of the most important resolutions to the failed economy of the U.S. and the world.
The elite must share the advancement of energy technology with the American people. Presently this technology, including HAARP, which stands for High Active Auroral Frequency, and energy weapons, are harming our nation's vulnerable citizens and forcing them out of jobs, into severe poverty and into government dependency. How could a nation prosper under such conditions? Not only is this devastating and torturous on innocent Americans/victims it is detrimental on the taxpayers. How long and to what extent do American citizens have to support such expense and the cost of keeping it a concealed secret from the public?

Finally, please voters join me in safeguarding the lives of Americans and planet earth by educating yourselves about this technology and advocating its proper and beneficial use.
