I became a naturalized American citizen in the 1980's. I am an American and I believe in the American Constitution, equal rights, and freedom.

I received my Civil Engineer license from the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists in California. I earned my Master's degree in Environmental Science and Civil/Environmental Engineering from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles California in 2004. I specialized in water quality and quantity and water law. I worked for the Government for 22 years as an environmental and civil engineer. Presently, I am working as a private Civil/Structural/Environmental Engineer designer and consultant.

I graduated on the Dean's List, in science and civil engineering. During my undergraduate studies, I was the President of the Women Engineers Association Student Chapter. During my university studies, I made presentations for different high schools and encouraged young girls to take up the challenge of science, math and engineering.

I have been qualified by the U.S. Superior Court as an expert witness. In this capacity, I have worked as a specialized consultant and a Forensic Construction Defect and Engineering expert. In addition to my educational skills listed above, in 2011, I earned extra qualifications. This includes a certificate in Computer Aided Architectural Drawing (CADD), a certificate of completion in solar energy design for residential and commercial buildings and electrical design wiring to convert photovoltaic light into AC current and a certificate in deputy inspection of reinforced concrete buildings.

I have been recognized amongst the top engineers in the U.S., amongst the top women engineers in the U.S., and was recognized as the top professional of the year in 2009. Additionally, I was acknowledged as Woman of the Year in 2008. I have completed several legal classes at the Pasadena College such as legal ethics, U.S. Civil Rights, and U.S. Judicial System with a 4.0 GPA.

I have served as Chairperson of the Interior Committee of the Southern California Structural Engineers Association and have received recognition for my charity work of building rehabilitation facilities for physically challenged children.

I have been a member of numerous professional engineering and charitable organizations for children in the U.S. and around the world. In addition, I have been a member of many animal rights and environmental organizations. I have been an active Democrat for the last ten years, advancing the community's participation in the Los Angeles voting process. I received acknowledgment from the Chair of the National Republican Party for exemplary electoral volunteer work in 2007.

I have produced, conducted and hosted two televised programs around the globe on green building, clean energy and environmental issues that are pressing today and topics related to my profession. The second televised program, I discussed issues related to the U.S. Constitution, universal ethics, the United Nations' Declaration on Human Rights and various aspects and applications of Energy/Nano-Technology, Energy Weapons, and non-consensual human experimentation. I have translated and published articles in prominent magazines, newspapers and the Iranian news media globally. I am the President of a Democratic Committee that I have founded, which the Los Angeles Democratic Party charters. This committee is called the Democratic Political and Environmental Committee.

I have visited and completed Socio-Cultural studies in many countries, of the Middle East, Central Asia and countries such as India and Pakistan. I became familiar with these cultures and languages. I believe this diversified background and my bilingual skills will be an asset to help regulate U.S. foreign policy. In the year of 1975, I traveled to the United States of America as an international student upon attainment of my diploma and completion of an American school in the capital, Tehran. I come from a well-disciplined family, raised with enormous love, respect, and high ethical values. During my teenage years, I was nominated by my high school to participate in Miss Teheran pageant.

I stand firm and I am a true patriot of the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the U.S. Supreme Court. I believe these sources are the hope for America and an inspiration for humanity as we are forming a global international community. My passion to implement the U.S. Constitution, serve the American people and humanity, is endless.
