Strategy: Non-Negotiable

Issue Stance: Ban Abortion Nationally Immediately.

Strategy:

Pass a Constitutional Amendment that will guarantee all American citizens their God given right to life beginning at conception.

The Inherent Right to Life Act of 2013, that I will write and sponsor, will ban the barbaric, legal practice of abortion in the United States that has taken the lives of over 50,000,000 Americans since 1973. It will criminalize all those seeking to murder our most helpless and defenseless American citizens.

Passing this Act will finally end America's Generation of Genocide (40 years): 1973-2013 and give the U.S. an immediate and substantial economic boost.

Rationale:

1. God creates all life. Genesis 1-2, Psalm 139:13-16

2. All human life (apart from Adam, Eve, and Jesus Christ Himself) begins at biological conception. None has ever occurred before. Psalm 139:13-16, Matthew 1:18-25

3. God commands man not to murder one another. Exodus 20:13

4. The Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution states that "No person shall be...deprived of life...without due process of law". A trial by jury of their peers or court-martial is a minimum requirement for a proceeding that would lead to a death penalty ruling.

6. No amount of actual/potential personal, emotional, and/or financial difficulty ever warrants the taking of another person's life.

7. The legalized murder of more than 50,000,000 Americans since 1973, over 1/6th of our entire nation's population, has caused devastating consequences for America (Elimination of potential Payroll Tax contributions that would have funded Social Security, Weakened National Defense, Massive Loss of GDP, etc.).
