FISCAL MANAGEMENT: San Diego County Board of Education, Elected Trustee - Coordination and oversight of 42 school districts, and indirect supervision of their budgets, with an aggregate of over $6 billion. Direct input and supervision of County Office of Education budget of $6 hundred million. California Schools VEBA, Appointed Trustee - Direct input and supervision of decision-making of healthcare insurance expenditures totaling over $5 hundred million for this 90,000 member consortium.

Primary author and collaborator in writing grants resulting in over $2 million in initial and repeated funding from public and private sources for community based programs.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: Communication & Negotiation. Ability to conceive innovative public information campaigns to increase program and product awareness. 20 years experience in health promotion and organizational development training. 19 years as adjunct professor requiring specific curriculum design, application, and evaluation. Success in building and maintaining linkages with key decision makers in large and small businesses, municipalities, health, and education providers.
