This information is provided by the candidate
Monterey County has to position itself to compete with other Counties to bring in good paying jobs.
In order for local Government to provide adequate services that will improve the quality of life we need to bring in new revenue. To do that we need to provide incentives that will get new Employers attention on why it will be in their best interest to do business in Monterey County. We need to bring in industry that will provide a good living wage that also provide benefits to their employees. Stimulating the local economy will improve our infrastructure.
