Humboldt County is a great place to live, work and raise a family. Over the last four years, we've made it even better.

We have made secure, reliable broadband a reality for Humboldt County. We helped our innovative small businesses grow and expand. We created hundreds of new jobs, and helped save hundreds more. We protected public safety and expanded public transit.

We ensured working families would have access to quality childcare and saved residents more than half-a-million dollars a year on their prescription drug costs. We protected over 50,000 acres of working forests and are closer than ever to completing the Arcata Ridge Trail.

Looking forward, I will continue to work to build vibrant, safe and healthy communities, to protect our working lands and to promote sustainable agriculture and local energy independence. I'll help grow a sustainable and diversified economy that provides living-wage jobs. We can build a healthy and prosperous future which preserves our community character and our unique quality of life.

It's an honor to serve as your County Supervisor, and I'm proud of what we have accomplished. Together we can make Humboldt County the best Humboldt it can be!
