Where do we go from here? Once we develop a plan on how to restore the real estate market we will be able to jump start our economy.
Two of the main compoments that have allowed consumers to purchase property has been damage, which was income and credit. How do we restore these compoments? We can by developing different guidelines simply because we are living in a different melt down economy system. When the credit card reform was signed by President Obama before the ink was dry lenders sent out letters to consumers changing the terms of the contract. No one is forcing the law on statue of limitation. We have to find a way to restore our economy and change the old way to a new way.
