Clean up Government Waste
According to the Auditor General government agencies in Pennsylvania waste over $6.64 billion dollars every four years.

I would sponsor legislation to penalize each agency the amount wasted by cutting their budgets proportionately according to the Auditor Generals findings until they clean up the waste.
