Now serving her second term on West Chester Borough Council:
- Elected Vice President of Council for 2012-13.
- As chair of the parking committee, played an important role in the design and construction of a new $12 million parking garage.
- Was instrumental in helping close a $1 million Borough budget deficit for 2012.
- Challenged the Liquor Control Board's expansion of liquor licenses in the Borough.
- Closely involved in evaluating redevelopment options for a 30-acre Borough property.

Professional Excellence
Cheyney University of Pennsylvania:
- As Program Director and Project Manager for the Education and Science Departments, managed education grants totaling more than $3 million.
- Honored in 2010 with Cheyney's Outstanding Employee Award for her service to the university community.
- Named Woman of the Year by Zeta Phi Beta sorority in 2010.
