|
For more than 20 years, Liz Forrest has provided legal technology consultation, business process analysis and training services for national and international law firms, multinational corporations, Fortune 500 companies, web-based businesses, and multinational systems developers and integrators. After a five-year stint at Pennie & Edmonds, LLC, in New York, she left the firm in 1995 to found Forrest Consulting, which later became Forrest Consulting and Virtual Services, Inc. In 2000, Aspen Grove Inc. invited her to become business development officer and developer of its intellectual property tracking, form-generation and business management system, Aspen ipWorkflow®, the first web-based docketing system of its kind. In 2002, Aspen Grove was one of only five companies selected by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to become a development partner for its fledgling electronic filing program. In order to expand and provide additional outsourced services for ipWorkflow customers, as well as business process analysis for other clients, she returned to Forrest Consulting and Virtual Services, which she continues to operate. In 2009, FCVS acquired ownership of ipWorkflow from Aspen Grove, and she continues to provide support for the software. A full-time resident of Delaware Township in Pike County for the past 20 years, Forrest is a native of Virginia and holds degrees from the College of William and Mary and Old Dominion University. She is also a published novelist and was formerly a professional musician and actress in New York City. From 2005 to 2010, Forrest served as legislative aide to former State Rep. John J. Siptroth. She is the Pike County Committeewoman for the Pennsylvania State Democratic Committee. |
