LAW ENFORCEMENTBy Randy J. BarliCandidate for State Representative; Pennsylvania State House of Representatives; District 49; Democratic Party | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
Communities' revenue loss/misappropriation has placed extreme undue burdens upon PA's State Police force, as other services.REGISTER, VOTE, RUN FOR OFFICE! Technology is NOT a replacement NOR excuse for human law enforcement, safety, & protection. Our Troopers on patrol don't have the authority to have another Trooper in the same vehicle for back-up upon their request alone, another in the chain-of-command is the deciding factor, this is wrong needing changed ASAP. Any reason for Trooper controlled back-up is sufficient! In 1993 I was eye-witness to attempted child molestation by a 21 year old predator upon a 3 year old girl, intervening then seeking help for the victims, & all involved, via church & gov't authorities. Since 1993 to the present, I've been targeted numerous times physically, civilly, & financially by those, & those about them, upset about being discovered! No help from any authorities, including: 2 district attorneys & children/youth, 2 State Attorney Generals, & 2 US Attorneys! These intricate crimes eventually evidenced their common bonds, excellent ammunition when needed! REGISTER, VOTE, RUN FOR OFFICE! |
