Jobs and the Economy

We need to invest in our neighborhoods in order to grow the economy.
Since Gov. Kasich's "Jobs Budget" became law, Ohio has lost 6,000 jobs but eliminated almost 10,000 public workers. That means that if we hadn't been laying off teachers, police, fire, and sanitation workers, Ohio's job growth could have continued as it did under Gov. Strickland. We need to restore the Local Governments Fund and invest in local startups in order to turn around Kasich's dismal record on jobs.
