For the past ten years as a Superior Court judge, Judge Bowes has decided thousands of civil and criminal cases and has been a strong advocate for greater transparency in the operation of the Superior Court. In addition to her heavy workload, Judge Bowes has taught countless educational programs for lawyers and judges across the Commonwealth. Prior to joining the court, Judge Bowes practiced law for 22 years as a Supreme Court law clerk, a civil litigator, and corporate counsel.
