Candidate for
Supervisor; Township of Lower Providence

I am Kelbin (KC) Carolina, a Montgomery County resident for 17 years and a banking/economic development officer for 37 years now. A career that have allowed me to analyze the financial statements of Fortune 500 companies, provide commercial loans to Pennsylvania Corporations, small businesses, churches, revitalized distressed communities through Community Development Block Grant dollars, provided business loans to ethnic minority business persons and provided residential mortgages to qualified individuals throughout the United States, not sub prime loans.

It is my intent to be your new Supervisor in Lower Providence Township, Pa. As a result of your support in my 8 hour write-in primary campaign, I was able to crush ALL Republican opponents who were attempting to game the system.

It is important to me that I represent you and the concerns that you have for our community, because I have concerns that may be the same as yours. As a husband of 30 years and a father for 22, I want keep Lower Providence a great place to live.

Given the tone of recent campaigns, I think it is imperative that the local government be run in an open and accountable manner by responsible adults.
