Executive Director of YouthWorks, a youth workforce development agency whose mission is to build a community solution to help young people whose potential might be overlooked pursue employment and career development opportunities.
From earning a teaching degree to running a youth workforce development agency as well as a college access program, my background spans the educational continuum. These experiences have afforded me an ability to build win-win coalitions with a cross-section of individuals, a skill that is critical to effective board service.
