This information is provided by the candidate
There is currently 15 acres of land owned by the city that could be sold and developed into a revenue-producing project.
We don't have more large pieces of land to sell. Obviously, any revenue-producing projects associated with this parcel must be considered with the greatest care to assure the safest, most reliable return over the longest time.

We must not only plan for our community now but for the future as well.
