Position Papers
Cupertino needs to have Schools represented on City Council
State financial crisis will eventually cause our schools to be distressed. Homer has financially viable solutions for getting the City to take on extracurricular programs, etc.
More Business Growth not high density housing growth
Homer promotes business growth instead of high density housing growth. Businesses provide valuable products and services to residents and visitors, and provide revenues for the city to finance city programs and services.
Healthy, Safe and Clean Environment
Homer believes that all residents of Cupertino have a right to live in good health, with safe streets and neighborhoods, and a clean environment.
