I am a parent of a 3rd and 5th grader who attend Sunnyvale schools and I am passionate about providing the children in our community with a high-quality, well-rounded public education. I know doing more with fewer resources is challenging and requires creativity, understanding, and the ability to work collaboratively towards a common goal.

After a career in Marketing and Project Management, I felt compelled to dedicate my energy to helping our school and community thrive. I have volunteered in my children's classrooms, been an active PTA leader, responsibly managed budgets, participated in District Strategic Planning meetings, and co-chaired the Measure B campaign. Through these experiences I developed a track record of successful results and insight into the opportunities and challenges facing our school district.

If elected, I will work collaboratively with the board, administration, teachers, and parents. I will listen, share ideas, creatively problem-solve, and make thoughtful fiscal decisions with our limited resources. I take pride in our schools and I am determined to give the children of our community the best education possible.
