EXPERIENCE THAT COUNTS REGINA Doyle is an education consultant with over 25 years' experience in developing and managing public education programs, including those on water, environmental, and sanitation issues. She has far-reaching experience working with a broad spectrum of stakeholders -- political leaders, civil servants, non-governmental organizations and special interest groups.

ONE OF US REGINA Doyle grew up in Pacific Grove. She is a graduate of Robert Down and Pacific Grove High School. Her parents, Daniel and Susan Reith, still live here. Brendan Doyle, her husband of 22 years, is an international water engineer.

Regina produces education materials for developing countries. She believes that the processes and principles of encouraging participation and representing the interests of local people are common to all societies.
