I believe in preserving homeowners Prop 13 rights. Several incumbents have expressed their belief that Prop 13 is the reason our schools are "underfunded". I believe the schools are underfunded because we are misspending monies we DO have! Protect Prop. 13 Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association
