Effective governance is a team effort. Accomplishing local and regional goals requires cooperation. I am proud that my candidacy has been endorsed by Congressman John Garamendi, Congressman Jerry McNerney, Assemblywoman Joan Buchanan and Supervisor Scott Haggerty. My candidacy has also been endorsed by the entire Livermore City Council and five Livermore Mayors, including John Shirley, Archer Futch, Don Miller, Milo Nordyke and current Mayor, Marshall Kamena.

I have been endorsed by the Sierra Club and the League of Conservation Voters because of my record of environmental stewardship and the wise use of resources.

Because I listen to the concerns of local business, I have been endorsed by the Bay East Association of Realtors as well as the Alamdea County Labor Council.
