- Promote the safety of all residents and visitors to East and West Norriton Townships

- Initiate "night court" hearings for cases involving minor traffic, civil matters, and for school truancy cases.

- In cases where the restorative justice model is fitting, expand community service programs with local organizations.

- Foster relationships with the township police departments.

- Provide educational opportunities for township schools and students.

- Participate in inter-agency county discussions regarding juvenile matters.
