I have served as a Family Court Judge in the 9th Judicial District for the last 10 years. I have presided in the White Plains, Yonkers, Rockland County, and currently New Rochelle Family Court. I serve as Westchester County Family Treatment Court Judge and was made Acting Supreme Court Justice in 2005. My extensive experience makes me uniquely qualified to preside over our judicial system's most sensitive and important court, the Family Court. I have devoted my entire professional career to public service. I believe I possess the essential insight, skill and judicial demeanor necessary to continue to carry out the difficult responsibilities of this most challenging and demanding court. As the only elected Hispanic Judge in the 9th Judicial District I am proud to represent this growing and thriving community.
