Former Camarillo Planning Commissioner/Real Estate Appraiser

As a twenty-six year resident, and if newly elected, I will strive to provide a new perspective with fresh ideas to improve the quality of life that we all share. Our city's future deserves a new voice with new ideas that are not dictated by our past. Our city's tradition of financial soundness and public safety will be my top priority. As a former Camarillo Planning Commissioner, I am committed to controlling new growth, while revitalizing our Camarillo Old Town and other older areas. I oppose new developments on exisitng agricultural land, while striving to keep new developments with the city's infill or redevelopment areas. Airport expansion will not be supported. A renewed outlook at the city council level can make Camarillo an even better city to live, work and visit.
