  • Board Director from 2000 - 2008. From 2004 -2008 served on the Quality Council. Previously served on the Finance Committee from 1998 through 2004
  • Almost 40 years of experience in healthcare including patient care, information systems, and management. U.S. Navy corpsman 6 years.
  • Married 37 years. Oakdale Baseball Association (OBA) coach and board member for the past 7 years, 4 years as President.. Softball-OVYSA coach

Top Priorities if Elected
  • The hospital needs to re-establish financial stability; OVHD lost $1.3M in 2010.
  • Need to finish building the 37 year old hospital.
  • A plan for the future of the long-term Oak Valley Care Center needs to be established and executed. The current facility needs to be replaced.
