I am not seeking any groups financial endorsements even though it's very tempting. Politicians today are over seeing a system that plunders money from some, and gives it to others. Financial endorsement groups have all started ralling around this plundering system hoping to get their share.

But if I take from one group, they will expect something in return. I cannot honestly say I will try to limit government and cut taxes if I'm indebted to some group or another. The reason I'm running for office is to give the majority of registered voters a reason to return to the voting booth knowing that that have a real choice, not a dilemma of which of the two parties will hurt them the least.

Also, groups that give endorsements will find it very difficult to endorse Third Party candidates. They fear retribution if they lose. Third party candidates do not control the the wealth that taxes have provided.

The media in general is very limited in its coverage of third party candidates. Even though the Libertarians have been on all 50 states ballots for the three staight presidential cycle in a row (a first in American history), they rarely inform the voters of the parties postions. It is more important for them to tell you what a major party candidate did on his or her vacation. Is it any wonder that the majority of voters stop voting?

Libertarians ran between 1500 to 2000 candidates around the country in the 2K election, more than all the other third parties combined. This is news, but it's not covered.

But have faith, we are growing. We are knocking at the door, people will see our numbers and will begin to ask. The media is also changing because of the internet and cable television. We have a strong presence there and it continues to grow. Our marketing efforts will improve as our ideas catch on.

So, don't be impressed by those highly financed candidates with promises of benefits if you vote for them. We should all end this cycle of voter abuse and push the button on the candidate that really matches your own personal view and vision. Vote and vote responsibly!
