WRITE-IN Diane LENNING for Superintendent if you want a highly qualified educator who knows from experience how to "fix" our schools, close the achievement gap, raise student achievement, reduce the drop-out rate, assure highly qualified teachers, provide safe schools, and bring back vocational education!

Diane is English Language Learner certified and will make sure all our kids read, speak, and write English. Every student will improve their academic abilities in classes taught by highly qualified teachers. Teachers are the most important component in student success. Using Peters Procedures, techie textbooks on handheld kindles, and other classroom management strategies, teachers will reach new heights of success with their students!

Students will actively engage in rigorous curriculum and learn critical thinking skills by researching all sides of issues and reach reasoned conclusions based on facts and details. Union leader social agenda items will not overwhelm the education experience of our student learners. Academic success, vocational training, communication skills, and inter-community relationships will bring a well-rounded education for student success in life.

Accuracy in textbooks will be a high priority because the best education for our students is important for a quality education to compete in the world economy. We must bring our schools to first again for our kids and grandkids' future!

Schools have fallen from first to 49th in the last thirty years under union leadership. It's time we assure our kids have the best education possible by voting an experienced highly qualified and successful educator as the chief administrator of our schools!
