"YES" on Prop 23. If Prop.23 is defeated the resulting exit of manufacturing companies will cause California to default on its debt obligations in 2011.

7 Reasons to vote "YES" on Prop.23

A "YES" vote on Prop 23 will delay implementation of California's 2006 "Global Warming Solutions Act" until California's unemployment, (now 12.4%), returns to 5.5% for one year. According to "60 Minutes" California's real unemployment is 22%, (17% nationally).
