An opportunity Sonoma County may have for affordable, higher self sufficiency, and environmentally superior power choices.There is a lot of information on a variety of topics at http://www.VeronicaJacobi.com One area we hope to expand on at the website in the future is Marin Clean Energy's movement on Community Choice Aggregation. I hope we in the City of Sonoma County follow the example of San Francisco and many other areas and join with Marin in choosing a higher percentage of renewable power and encouraging ongoing increases. San Francisco will have 40% renewable sources for their electricity by the year 2017. You can learn more at the County of Marin's website. |
