Smart Voter Political Philosophy for Craig Baltimore

Candidate for
Director; Los Osos Community Services District

This information is provided by the candidate

I believe that a Board of Directors provides leadership in policy making. The General Manager Office implements the policy that the B of D approves.

It has been my experience and observations to see the B of D of organizations get bogged down in the implementation and forget about the leadership and guidance.

I offer my experience in leadership.

Below is selected leadership positions I have held on the local and national level. I believe the selection is representative of my diverse leadership abilities. Some positions require "soft" leadership skills where the interpretation of rules and policies is necessary. And other positions require more adherence to the rules and regulations. In all of the positions, sensitivity to the people and issues is required.
