I have lived at my present address since 1974. I started my business,Robb's Earth Moving Service in 1977, specializing in residential and light commercial development.

I began serving as a volunteer fire fighter in 1983,with Liberty Fire District, moving to Clements Fire Protection District, where I still serve as a Captain. My roots are deep in this community.

My interest in ground water began in 1978 when I had to deepen my well due to the drought. My interest was intensified in 2007 when notified of the well fees proposal.Since then, I have endeavored to educate myself in this issue.

After attending many meetings of the North San Joaquin Water Conservation District (NSJWCD), I was asked to chair an advisory committee, which with other members of the community, we have tried to address the problem of the declining water table, and preserving our water allotment out of the Mokelumne River.
