Jean: "I am proud of the fact that we now have three personnel on all of our fire engines."

Jean: "I am introducing Robert Osby, a retired Fire Chief that has served cities as their Fire Chief in San Diego, Oceanside, San Jose, and Inglewood. He has decided to run for the Fire Board because as a Fire Chief, he is well versed in fire budgets, administration, fire prevention, and he has excellent communication skills."

Jean: "In reviewing the qualifications of the four other candidates, there is one other individual who has a background in fire protection. Bret Sealey would be a real asset to the Fire Board."
