Work for civility and respectful discourse between Board members and restore Tri-City's image in the community.

Focus of Board meetings needs to be on improving the quality of Health Care and not on attacking our fellow Board members or our outstanding management team.

We need to be planning for capital improvements and expanding the number of specialists accredited at Tri-City.
