Commitment: Promote strategic planning that supports clinical and technological advancements positioning Tri-City as an innovative leader in the delivery of quality healthcare. Provide leadership to develop a fiscally responsible and operationally efficient system putting patients and staff first.

Vision: Advance a philosophy of excellence, education, and collaboration in the delivery of healthcare bringing together patients, providers, and families to pursue affordable solutions for quality patient care. Encourage prevention and wellness, improving patient satisfaction rankings and making Tri-City the hospital of choice. Ultimately, work to shape a premier healthcare delivery system that positions Tri-City as a leader in the new healthcare environment.
