Occupation: Parent / Program Manager

Education and Qualifications:

My three children have or are attending Evergreen School District (ESD) schools. With huge budget challenges and future residential development impacting education quality, ESD will benefit from my unique blend of financial and land use planning abilities.

As a biotech company Program Manager for 23 years, member of San Jose Mayor's 2040 General Plan Task Force and a Planning Commissioner for 8 years, I have overseen fiscally responsible multimillion dollar projects, giving me the experience to effectively address financial challenges with successful outcomes.

As Evergreen Valley Educational Foundation president, founding member of District 8 Community Round Table and member of the ESD boundary and consolidation committees, I have the knowledge to bring district and city resources together to address educational issues. I'll find innovative and sustainable solutions for many of ESD's challenges.
